1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MegaCrypto Jackpot platform (the "Service"), operated by MegaCrypto Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms, you must not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. The latest version of these Terms will always be available on this page.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase tickets or participate in any MegaCrypto Jackpot draw. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Participation is void where prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your participation complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws in your jurisdiction. MegaCrypto Inc. assumes no liability for any legal consequences arising from your participation.

3. Tickets & Draw Mechanics

Each MegaCrypto Jackpot ticket allows you to select six (6) numbers from 1 to 49. Tickets are sold for a fixed price per entry (indicated on the website). The jackpot is determined by the total number of tickets sold for the current weekly draw.

• Draw Schedule: Weekly draws occur every Sunday at 20:00 UTC. The exact time may vary; we will provide advance notice of any changes via email and website announcements.
• Randomness: The winning numbers are generated using a provably fair random number generator (RNG). The RNG algorithm is publicly verifiable and audited by independent third parties to ensure complete fairness.
• Prizes: Prize tiers are defined on the website and in the ticket purchase flow. All prizes are distributed in ETH (Ethereum) to the wallet address provided during registration. MegaCrypto Inc. is not responsible for prizes sent to incorrect wallet addresses.
• Ticket Expiry: Tickets are valid only for the draw they were purchased for. Unused tickets do not roll over to future draws.

In the event of a system malfunction, network error, or dispute, MegaCrypto Inc. reserves the right to void or redraw the affected draw. Our decisions are final and binding.

4. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (email, password, and 2FA codes). You agree to notify MegaCrypto Inc. immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.

You may not share your account or allow others to use your account to purchase tickets. Each user must have a unique account. Multiple accounts created by the same individual to circumvent ticket limits or other restrictions are strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and prizes forfeited.

5. Payment & Wallet Address

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. You must provide a valid ETH wallet address to receive prizes. It is your responsibility to verify the address; MegaCrypto Inc. is not liable for prizes sent to an incorrect or unreachable wallet address.

We use third-party payment processors for fiat and crypto payments. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to their terms and fees. MegaCrypto Inc. does not store your credit card or banking information; all payment data is handled securely by our payment partners.

Supported Payment Methods: Ethereum (ETH) and major cryptocurrencies as displayed on the payment page.

6. Prize Distribution & Taxes

Prizes are automatically distributed to the winner's registered ETH wallet within 48 hours of the draw. You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees associated with your winnings. MegaCrypto Inc. strongly recommends consulting a tax professional to understand your tax obligations.

If a prize cannot be delivered due to an invalid wallet address or other technical issue, MegaCrypto Inc. will attempt to contact you using the email on file. If we are unable to deliver within 90 days, the prize may be forfeited and added to the next draw's jackpot pool.

Minimum Prize Threshold: Prizes under $10 USD (or equivalent in ETH) may be held and accumulated until the threshold is met for withdrawal.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to manipulate the draw outcome or exploit any vulnerability in the system.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent ticket limits or other restrictions.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use automated systems (bots, scripts) to purchase tickets or interact with the Service.

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension, forfeiture of prizes, and legal action. MegaCrypto Inc. reserves the right to report illegal activities to the relevant authorities.

8. Responsible Gaming

MegaCrypto Inc. is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We encourage all players to:

• Play for entertainment purposes only, not as a way to make money.
• Set a budget and stick to it.
• Never chase losses.
• Take breaks and step away if you feel you're spending too much.

If you feel you may have a gambling problem, we encourage you to seek help from professional organizations such as Gamblers Anonymous or GamCare.

Self-Exclusion: You may request self-exclusion from MegaCrypto Jackpot at any time by contacting support@megacrypto.io. Your account will be suspended and you will be unable to participate in future draws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MegaCrypto Inc. and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You use the Service at your own risk. In no event shall MegaCrypto Inc.'s total liability exceed the amount you paid for tickets in the preceding 12 months.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit. Any legal action must be filed within one year of the claim arising.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the MegaCrypto Jackpot platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, and design, is the property of MegaCrypto Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without prior written consent from MegaCrypto Inc.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

MegaCrypto Inc. collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We are committed to protecting your personal information and use industry-standard security measures to safeguard your data.

13. Termination

MegaCrypto Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

If your account is terminated due to a violation of these Terms, any pending prizes may be forfeited.
